Refund Policy

We want hosts to feel confident before launch. This policy applies to purchases made on muzicnx.in.

48-Hour Full Refund Guarantee

You can request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if the invitation has not been substantially customized, abused, transferred, or used for large-scale guest distribution.

Platform Outage Guarantee

If a verified muzicnx platform-side outage prevents guest access to your active invitation for more than 60 continuous minutes during your event window, you can request a full refund. This does not cover internet issues, device issues, incorrect links, third-party app outages, customer-side DNS changes, or content removed for policy violations.

License Scope

Each purchase is tied to one event flow. The invitation remains editable until 5 days after the event date and is then archived. The license is exhausted after archival, so a new event or restored archived event requires a new purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email contactmuzicnx@gmail.com from the billing email address.
  • Include your Razorpay payment ID or order email, selected template, and reason for the request.
  • Our team may ask one follow-up question to verify ownership and understand the issue.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days. Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or wallet may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect the amount.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined for requests outside 48 hours, completed event usage, policy abuse, duplicate successful refunds, or content that violates our Terms.
