Service Description
muzicnx provides animated invitation webpages, RSVP forms, guest messages, music playback, maps, QR sharing, and dashboard tools for creating and managing event invitations.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate event, contact, billing, and guest-facing information.
- Upload only content you own or have permission to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or spam activity.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Listed prices are final and inclusive of all applicable charges; no additional taxes or fees are added at checkout. Access is activated after successful server-side payment verification.
Refunds
We offer a 48-hour full refund guarantee from the time of purchase when substantial invitation customization or event misuse has not occurred. Detailed terms are available in the Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
Template designs, code, brand assets, and platform functionality belong to muzicnx. Your event details, photos, music, and uploaded content remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, muzicnx is not liable for indirect losses, event costs, missed communications, third-party outages, or user-provided content errors.
